Welcome to LOOKUPAT. By accessing or using our website (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

LOOKUPAT is an online store specializing in authentic collectibles, including sealed trading card game products. You can reach us at contact@lookupat.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Products and availability

We make every effort to display our products and their images accurately. However, colors, packaging details and product artwork may vary from what appears on your screen, and manufacturers may change packaging or contents without notice. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities per customer or per order.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and if a product was listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, including because of stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors or purchase limits. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation.

7. Authenticity

We are committed to selling authentic products. If you believe an item you received is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Intellectual property and trademarks

All content on the Site (text, logos, graphics, design and layout) belongs to LOOKUPAT or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG and all related names, characters and images are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners, including The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. LOOKUPAT is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these companies. Product names and images are used for identification of the products we sell.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOOKUPAT and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
