Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on lookupat.com from LOOKUPAT and complement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Ordering
To place an order, select your products, add them to your cart and complete checkout with accurate contact, billing and shipping information. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation is not an acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when we send the shipping confirmation.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping costs and any applicable taxes, duties or customs fees, which are displayed or calculated at checkout or payable on delivery, depending on your location. Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
3. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers and is charged at the time the order is placed. Your order is not processed until payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is declined, reversed or flagged as potentially fraudulent.
4. Product availability and quantity limits
All products are sold subject to availability. Some products, especially new releases and limited collections, have high demand. We may limit quantities per customer, household or order. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.
5. Authenticity and condition
LOOKUPAT sells authentic products. Sealed products are shipped in the condition received from our suppliers. Minor packaging variations from the manufacturer (such as small shelf wear on box corners) may occur and are not considered defects unless the damage is significant. If you have specific condition requirements, please contact us before ordering.
6. Delivery
Delivery is handled according to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Where mandatory consumer laws grant you a right of withdrawal (for example, in the EU or UK), you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, provided the products are returned unopened and in their original sealed condition. To exercise this right, email contact@lookupat.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision. Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene, integrity or authenticity reasons, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Legal guarantee
You benefit from any legal guarantees that apply in your country for goods that are defective or not as described. Nothing in these terms limits those mandatory rights.
9. Fraud prevention and order verification
To protect our customers, we may request additional verification before shipping an order, and we may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, resale-abusive or in violation of our terms. In such cases we will issue a full refund.
10. Resale
Products are sold for personal collection and use. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be placed in bulk by bots or automated tools.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, supplier shortages, customs delays or government actions.
12. Customer service and complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@lookupat.com so we can resolve it directly and quickly. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.
13. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LOOKUPAT operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
